A new model for Photonic Crystal Vertical Surface Emitting Laser (PC-VCSEL) model has been demonstrated for our beta version of PICS3D, making use of our latest improvements in the vectorial FDFD solver of the Maxwell equations. Interested demo users and existing maintenance customers can contact us to get early access to the 2023 beta version and the files needed to run this example.
