LEGAL: This Evaluation License Agreement is made between Crosslight Software Inc. of British Columbia, Canada (the licenser) and the licensee listed in (1) above. The licensee is granted permission to use and to copy for his/her own use a binary format copy of the software package for the purposes of teaching and evaluation and for the period stated in (2) only. The licensee acknowledges that this license does not confer any proprietary rights to the licensee, nor any rights of any kind beyond the duration of this evaluation period. In no way shall Crosslight be responsible to the licensee for any special, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the software. The licensee agrees to take all reasonable steps to ensure that the software and documentation are not disclosed or duplicated in whole or in part for use by others. The licensee further agrees to delete all copies of the software and related documents at the end of the license period. This agreement must be signed by a person holding a position with signing authority (such as manager, group leader, or professor).
