- semiconductor and/or optoelectronic device modeling
- process simulation of semiconductors
The candidates should have a Ph.D. or Master’s degree in applied mathematics, computer science, electrical engineering, material sciences or related fields. New graduates and postdocs eligible for NSERC industrial grants are especially welcome to apply.
